Saab 9-5 Aero Troll-R (Follow Me)

Saab 9-5-Troll-r

Today we are introducing you to a great Saab 9-5 Aero Troll-R, owned by Peter Olsen from Denmark.

He has so far invested a lot of effort and work in this car, as well as a lot of money, but he did not complain. And what is interesting, all the works and all modifications, Peter carried out alone in his garage.

Within his small tuning garage called “Follow Me“, Peter himself built a gearbox and engine, and also he made a fine tuning on every built-in part in the engine, from the botton to the top. And the list of modifications is really big, with the already existing improvements from Hirsch Performance.

To begin with, here’s the list of engine modifications (special made by Follow Me):

  • B234R 2.3 block
  • JE Pistons
  • ported cylenderhead
  • big valves
  • Conrods forged H beam
  • camshaft – lift 9,6mm
  • ECU: Trionic 7 tuned By Follow Me
  • Wastegate Forge
  • Hirsch Intercooler
  • 3″ downpipe
  • 70mm Hirsch exhaust
  • power flex
  • costum made inlet/ Abbott racing
  • Turbo: garrett GT3071r

And that’s not, everything, also in the interior of the outside, the car is completely Hirsch Performance improved: Hirsch seats, Hirsch steering wheel, Hirsch alu pedals, Troll carbon, Exterior Hirsch body kit with Body color – 170 black. On all these things, like a cherry on top – alu wheels – Hirsch 3 spoke 19″.

In order to adequately transfer power to wheels, a custom transmission is arranged: New specie build FM55 b05 LSD Cobolt Clutch custum made Sachs performance.

And since the power is nothing without control, Peter has made an effort on the brakes – Front Ø345mm 4 piston Hirsch and Rear – Ø300mm Steel-braided brake lines GOODRIDGE.

  • Hi everyone, we (small garage in Northern Germany) are doing quite similar work to 9-3 Viggens that we had previously imported from the U.S. with blown engines – everything TÜV approved.

If you are interested drop me a line and once we are done with those projects we’ll be happy to present the result to the public ;-)
