Saab Accident While Cut Off in Traffic

Even if you are alert and watching everyone’s vehicle a driver may just enter your lane out of nowhere and cut you off. Common ways people are cut off are when Drivers cutting you off on Freeways or when Someone taking a left turn in front of you.

Well, exactly the latter, happened to the Saab driver in Poland yesterday. Fortunately for him, he had an on-board camera mounted, so the whole incident was recorded on the camera’s memory. The course of the accident that took place on Sunday on the provincial road No. 830 Lublin – Nałęczów (Poland) was recorded by a camera mounted in Saab 9-5 Sportcombi.

The fire brigade, the emergency medical team and the police intervened on the spot. Rescuers received a report about 4 injured people, and finally one person was transported to the hospital. Police officers determine the detailed circumstances and causes of the event.

But according to what we can see on the camera, the incident seems to have been caused by a Honda driver. The Honda was stopped, practically parked along the right edge of the driveway, and off the driveway. At that moment, a Saab was approaching, and the Saab driver intended to bypass the stopped Honda. But the driver of the Honda turned left at that very moment – directly in front of the driver of the Saab vehicle. The collision was inevitable, but fortunately no one was seriously injured.

The driver of the Honda caused the incident, but he defends himself that he only turned left, but the video shows a different situation.

The Saab driver, a 24-year-old from the Nałęczów commune, explained that seeing what was happening, he tried to avoid a collision by going to the opposite lane of the road. However, the Honda began to turn back. Then both vehicles collided. This is another warning that on the road, when we drive, we must be careful all the time and constantly assess the situation.
