This unique Saab 900 GLE, finished in Aquamarine-Blue metallic paint, an first registrated in the UK in august 1981, is the only known “Gold Special edition” still on the road.
One meticulous & loving owner from new, with the original bill of sale, the GLE was first registered 12 August 1981. Current MOT to 18 September 2017 with no advisories, mileage: under 189k.
Engine: 8v single overhead cam fuel injected engine developing 118 bhp, 1985cc. 5-speed manual gearbox. Power assisted steering.
Finished in aquamarine/indigo blue metallic with the original gold minilite alloy wheels, sunroof wind deflector, after market luggage rack mounted on the boot lid, chrome window trim, electric aerial, tow bar, manual sunroof, headlamp wash/wiper system & spotlights.
Interior spec includes: electric front windows, manual mirrors, blue fox (pool plush) interior (covers removed from seats for photographs), Phillips Radio/Cassette, Air Conditioning (not checked), excellent headlining, rear seat belts.
