Swedish drifter Per Ingö and Swedish tuning workshop Hörebo Performance working on a very interesting project that is in the finish. We had an example project when group of tuning enthusiast from Belgrade swapped Saab’s engine in BMW M3 (Ultimate drifter +500hp), and here it comes to the opposite case by Hörebo Performance and TuneItMotorsport.

Saab Drifter

They are BMW’s V8 M60B40 engine installed in the Saab 9-5 (with two Holset HX35, Two coolers in series) and switch to rear-wheel drive RWD), and with the help of friends from Tune it Performance  they have successfully completed remapping. New power measured on the dynamometer in service Tune it Performance – tuning house focuses mainly on power measurement and mapping.

  • Rear subframe? This is always the one component that matters most when thinking about swapping a FF car to FR/AWD. Custom fabbing and welding negate any cost benefit, so the rear subframe is super important.
