This is his new film devoted to the legendary Saab 900 Turbo. In tribute video to the famous Saab model he refers to its competitive advantage over rivals and design details. According to him, “The Saab 900 Turbo was ahead of its time, with performance, design and spec that turned heads. Now a credible classic car, the 900 Turbo still turns those heads, but a return to the driver’s seat shows the journey we’ve been on in the turbo technology sense. What was once a way of delivering extreme power, has now become a way of making cars more economical; more sensible. The Saab 900 Turbo is neither of those things – it’s brash, thirsty, powerful, quirky.”
Sorry Paul, you got Saab all wrong – The Saab 900 in particular was’nt a sports car with immense power, neither was it thirsty, was in fact an enconomical vehicle , even by today’s standards – if you consider build quality and longevity, suppose you don’t understand those points the way your elders did !,!!
